How to place an order securely online

Ordering from our secure web site is incredibly easy! While you are browsing the Herbal Care Direct web site you will see one of the following order buttons. Use these buttons to place items into your shopping cart. To complete your purchase just click on any one of the several checkout buttons on your screen.

To add the desired product to your shopping cart click on the 'add to cart button'. You will be able to change the number of units you wish to purchase or remove it from your shopping cart later.

To view what you currently have in your shopping cart click on the 'view cart' button

To complete your purchase at any time click on any 'checkout' button on your screen.

When you place a product in your cart the contents of your shopping cart will appear on the screen

Your shopping cart will automatically assume that you wish to purchase 1 unit of any item you select. To change the quantity of any product just click in the quantity box next to it and enter the new amount. After changing how many units you wish to purchase please click on the 'Update Cart' button.

To remove an item from your shopping cart, check the delete box next to that product and click on 'Update Cart'.

To continue shopping click on the 'Continue Shopping Button'. You will be returned to the page you last visited.

How to Checkout and Finalize Your Purchase

The checkout area is where you will enter your name, address and and credit card number. All your information is protected and secure (see security details).

The checkout area will display the item(s) you have selected, any applicable shipping charges, applicable taxes and the Total of your order.

Please enter your personal information where indicated. To have your order shipped to an order different from your billing address, please enter that address in the Shipping Information section.

In the Credit Card Information section please enter your credit card number and expiry date without spaces or dashes. Please enter the name of the card holder in the Name on Card area.

When you have finished entering all your information, please click on the 'Submit Secure Order' button. A receipt screen will appear that includes your order number. You will be sent a confirmation email that lists your order details.
